• Tables and Chairs:
  • 15 round 60-inch tables (seats 120 guests)
  • 120 white chairs (indoor use only)
  • 11 buffet tables (6-foot long each)
• Garden and Parking Lot Access: Perfect for outdoor photos and mingling.
• Commercial Amenities:
  • A warming oven and refrigerator
  • Ice machine (50 lbs capacity)
• Convenience: Trash cans, liners, and fully stocked bathroom supplies are all included.

Note: Linens are not provided, so feel free to get creative with your own colors and styles!

Rental Rates and Capacity

• Rates (Tax not included):
  • Daily (Sunday-Thursday): $2,000 (12 PM – 2 AM)
  • Friday: $2,500 (8 AM – 2 AM)
  • Saturday: $3,000 (8 AM – 2 AM)
• Capacity:
  • 100-120 guests for sit-down events
  • 175 guests for cocktail-style events

Rental times include set-up and breakdown—because no one wants to feel rushed on their big day!
